Was born in Long Beach, California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scott graduated from Faith Lutheran High School; upon graduation, he attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. At Morehouse College, Scott studied Business Administration and dedicated himself to academic excellence. As a result of his excellent grades, Scott was selected to represent Morehouse College with a small group of top business students at various Fortune 500 companies in Casablanca, Morocco; Istanbul, Turkey; and Paris, France.
