We are seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to support our clients throughout the legal process. As a Case Manager at Morris Injury Law, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and guidance every step of the way.

Duties and Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Manage and organize case files, documentation, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, medical appointments, and court dates.
Collect and review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
Provide clients with regular case updates and answer questions about the legal process.
Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries, demand letters, and settlement documents.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all case-related activities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a related legal support role preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume caseload.
Proficiency in legal case management software is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
